Please include a detailed description of the problem and the exact wording of any error message you may have seen. Emails will normally be answered within 24 hours of receipt.

Please place the words INSPIRE SUPPORT clearly at the top of your fax. You should include a detailed description of the problem, the exact wording of any error message you may have seen and also a daytime telephone number at which you can be reached. Your inquiry will normally be answered within 24 hours of receipt.

Vendor Support
You are always welcome to contact INSPIRE staff with problems, but for some issues you may want to contact our database vendors directly.
Please inform the vendor's technical staff that you are accessing their interface under Indiana's INSPIRE account.
